About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Support Specialist to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders with precision and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to capture all necessary data
  • Ensure that all orders are processed in accordance with our governance and business rules
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to ensure a smooth order journey from acceptance to delivery
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented individual with a strong customer focus and comprehensive business knowledge of our products and services. You will have a proven track record of sales and commercial business insight, as well as excellent attention to detail and dedication to data integrity.

You will be an analytical thinker with the ability to effectively interrogate and analyse data, and be able to influence others without direct management authority. You will also have outstanding customer service skills and be able to interact effectively with internal partners at all levels.
