About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Support Specialist to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our order processing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of our products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to capture all necessary data and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support the Virgin Media O2 Direct Business team by ensuring all governance and business rules are strictly followed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues with grace and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer focus and comprehensive business knowledge of VMO2 products and services.
  • Proven sales and commercial business insight, with excellent attention to detail and dedication to data integrity.
  • Ability to influence others without direct management authority, including external and internal customers.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with internal partners at all levels.
