About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Executive to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire. As a key member of our commercial hub in Reading, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales approach and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and sales colleagues, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Manage and oversee the CRM and commercial intelligence, including bid libraries, to inform business decisions and drive profitability.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare business reviews, proposals, and presentations to support customer visits and drive sales growth.
  • Provide MI and reporting to guide business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

About You
