Our client, a leading Used Car Dealership in the Waltham Cross area, is seeking an experienced Head of Business / General Manager to lead and inspire their team. The company offers a wide range of cars to suit every customer's needs, making it an ideal place to work.

As a Head of Business / General Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve key performance indicators. You will be commercially minded, passionate about the car industry, and motivated by setting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results
  2. Manage and resource the team effectively to meet business objectives
  3. Ensure compliance with customer experience standards
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  5. Collaborate with Aftersales / Service departments to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. A proven track record in sales, preferably in the Automotive Industry
  2. Strong used car background, ideally from a used car supermarket
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  4. Strong customer focus and commercial acumen
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Pattern

Your working pattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, with a mix of long days and flexible shifts. An extended in-house training period will be required initially, which will involve travel to other parts of the business to absorb the company culture and processes.
