We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Brand Manager EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Brand Manager in the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Brand Manager in executing consumer engagement and trade marketing plans across EMEA.
  • Assist in the development of compelling stories for the existing portfolio to maintain growth and support the sales teams in delivering business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams, external distributor teams, and local agencies to ensure correct briefing and consistent brand execution across all markets.
  • Work alongside local copywriters to adapt campaigns to local markets.
  • Develop tool kits to be used across markets at trade shows, in-store, and experiential activation's.
  • Act as an ear on the ground for local partnerships, events, and opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and concept development.
  • Support the Social Media Manager with influencer activations, giveaways, and organic content development.
Requirements
  • Fluency in either French or Spanish is mandatory; additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in marketing (preferably in an FMCG environment) with a preference for experience working across European markets.
  • Demonstrates a passion and understanding of brand management/marketing.
  • A winning work ethic with a high level of personal accountability.
  • Creative thinker who proactively seeks opportunities for brand exposure, growth, and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends in FMCG.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a willingness to get involved.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 Suite.
