About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enforcement Agent to join our team at Novax Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing Court orders to obtain payments on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various locations to execute Court orders and obtain payments.
  • Identify the financial circumstances of debtors and request payment in full or set up affordable repayment arrangements.
  • Confidentially and tactfully make enquiries with neighbours to locate debtors who have moved or left a property.
  • Assess vulnerability and signpost debtors to support services, notifying creditors where necessary.
  • Liaise with office-based colleagues regarding active cases and oversee payments received.
  • Compile reports and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Take control of goods and remove them when necessary.

Candidate Requirements
  • Full Clean UK Driving License (held for at least 2 years).
  • Level 2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification.
