SIA Licensed Security Officer - Kettering General Hospital

SGC Security Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIA Licensed Security Officer to join our team at Kettering General Hospital. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, the public, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed the safety, security, and service expectations of our clients, the public, and property.
  • Conduct regular checks of identified rooms and areas for fire hazards and implement fire regulations as required.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety laws at all times.
  • Provide a polite, professional, and effective security service to our customers.
  • Liaise with the SGC Security portfolio manager to ensure seamless communication.
  • Wear the provided uniform and maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Undertake training to ensure knowledge remains up to date.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid DS SIA Licence.
  • Have previous security experience.
  • Be physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Night shift.
  • Overtime.
