About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive nursing assessments and reports to inform care planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and improve services.
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  • Participate in training and CPD to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements
  • A current Pin Number and registration with the NMC.
  • Experience in mental health nursing and a good understanding of the latest nursing practices.
  • Ability to maintain documentation and undertake audits.
