Job responsibilities
We are looking for a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care on our Mental illness and ASD ward.
You'll be working hours a week (Days, Nights and Weekends) at Cygnet Hospital Wyke.
**Must have experience in an Austim and mental Illness setting**
Cygnet Hospital Wyke provides a comprehensive pathway of acute admissions services for men. Our team works closely and collaboratively with service users, their families and the referrer to provide a seamless pathway from referral to discharge.
Adarna Ward is our 15 bed rehabilitation service at Cygnet Hospital Wyke, for men with mental illness and a secondary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), we also take individuals who haven't been formally diagnosed with ASD, but who have a high clinical suspicion.

Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments & observations Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, & improve quality Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals Administer medicines within healthcare procedure & Healthcare Commission guidelinesWhy Cygnet?
