Your Role as a Bank Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN/RNLD) to join our bank team at Cygnet Adarna House. As a Bank Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality nursing care based on individual needs and assessments
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
  • Administering medications safely and effectively according to healthcare guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and observations
  • Promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of services through audits and feedback
