Job Title: Estates Capital Projects Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Capital Projects Site Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior.

Job Summary:

The Estates Capital Projects Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the estate portfolio. This role involves coordinating with contractors, liaising with internal departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and close-out. Coordinate contractor visits, appointments, and work schedules. Liaise with internal departments to deconflict and optimise project timelines.
  • Contractor Management: Act as the main point of contact for contractors, particularly during project execution. Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Address day-to-day queries from contractors and provide support as needed.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Oversee contractor compliance paperwork, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Budgeting and Quotes: Seek suppliers and obtain quotes for upcoming projects and maintenance works.
  • Site Monitoring: Conduct daily checks on all contractors during project works.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure project completion paperwork is obtained and adequately documented.
Working Conditions:
  • This position may require occasional travel to various estate sites.
  • The role will involve working outdoors in various weather conditions based on project locations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with contractors and suppliers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Estates Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in estates or facilities management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
