Job Title: Contract and Senior Estates Project Manager

Richmond Capital is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Senior Estates Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of healthcare construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific building codes, safety, and infection control regulations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring high standards of construction and timely project delivery.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • UK Project consultancy experience
  • Proven track record and years of experience of successfully managing projects within the healthcare sector
  • Degree qualified in project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
