We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Tunbridge Wells Age UK. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting older clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores, shopping, and medical appointments.
- Assist clients with social activities and outings, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with clients' carers, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Report any concerns or issues related to client well-being to the Service Coordinator.
- Adhere to confidentiality principles and maintain professional boundaries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to clients' needs.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use digital tools.
- Valid driver's license and business insurance.
