We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult clients and their families, while creating personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult nursing, with experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to effectively train and support a team of carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for adult clients
- Provide face-to-face support to clients and their families
- Train and support a team of carers in clinical skills and activities
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- RGN with an active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style with a focus on bringing out the best in others
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Advanced communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
