Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Wiltshire Farm Foods. As a key member of our office team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our elderly customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take telephone and internet orders from customers and make outbound calls to prospects and customers.
- Support drivers with route planning for the next day's delivery rounds.
- Ensure each customer receives exemplary service on every contact.
- Update customer records and liaise with customer relatives as needed.
- Meet customers' needs by providing information on cooking, storing, and reordering meals.
- Prepare promotional literature and communicate new products or promotions to customers.
- Search for new business opportunities and share best practices with colleagues to improve our service proposition.
- Take an active interest in our products and promote the benefits of WFF healthy and nutritious meals to all customers.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Confident using a personal computer to manage and process orders.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate in your work.
- Numerate and good written English; GCSE Maths & English standard or equivalent.
- Able to work to deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working in the elderly/care market.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
