Job Summary:

The University of the Arts London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Manager to lead the successful delivery of facilities management services across our Central Saint Martins Campus in King's Cross.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of facilities management staff and contracted service partners to deliver a best-in-class, customer-centric facilities management service.
  • Act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and working partnerships across the estate.
  • Identify business requirements and trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the campus's facilities and operations, including health and safety, building compliance, and budget management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, proactively approaching challenges and being solution-oriented.
  • Utilize outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams, ensuring the highest standards are delivered.
