Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Commissioning and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at People Group Limited. As a key member of our commissioning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and satisfactory operation of MEP systems and equipment on our tunnelling projects.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement commissioning plans to meet project deliverables and specifications;
  • Collaborate with the project team to review and update commissioning plans as necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with approved commissioning procedures, HSEQ procedures, and relevant standards and specifications;
  • Manage and deliver dry and wet commissioning, as well as performance testing of new plant and equipment;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team to ensure successful commissioning and handover of MEP systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate commissioning durations and develop commissioning plans that meet project deliverables and specifications;
  • Review and update commissioning plans to reflect changes during the project commissioning period;
  • Ensure correct approval procedures are followed and all stakeholders are informed;
  • Implement commissioning plans in accordance with approved procedures and standards;
  • Manage and deliver commissioning and performance testing of new plant and equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MEP commissioning and quality assurance;
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and equipment;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project deliverables;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
