Quality Engineer Job Description

CNC Precision is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Standards: Establish detailed guidelines for quality checks and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Quality Management System (QMS) Maintenance: Update the QMS with incidents, fixes, and improvements to ensure seamless quality management.
  • Auditing and Quality Metrics: Conduct regular audits and determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Inspection and Testing: Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability, and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Reporting: Identify the root cause of technical issues and recommend fixes, and prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.
  • Quality Documentation and Compliance: Review current blueprints and quality documentation, and coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of our products.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies, in-depth understanding of technical documentation, familiarity with statistical analysis, and great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
