We are currently seeking a dedicated Graduate to join our Commercial Team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests and colleagues alike. As a Sales and Reservations Graduate, your primary responsibilities will include:

Adhering to The Landmark London Standard Operating Procedures in all daily tasks, ensuring every effort is made to provide memorable experiences and maintain 5-star service.

·
Gaining knowledge to effectively communicate the hotel’s offerings and pricing, providing recommendations to maximize revenue for the department.

·
Understanding relevant policies and procedures to handle various situations appropriately.

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, following a shift schedule.
