A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT

As a Guest Services Assistant, you will report directly to the Guest Service Manager. We seek individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are adaptable to various tasks throughout the day.

Curious about how different departments within the hotel function? You will have the opportunity to engage in various roles, including Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, and Housekeeping. Each shift will present unique challenges and experiences.

Our team operates like a family, collaborating to provide exceptional service to our guests. We pride ourselves on delivering timely, efficient, and knowledgeable assistance, ensuring a remarkable experience for everyone who visits us.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

While we primarily hire based on personality and potential, the following qualities and skills are essential for success in the Guest Service Assistant role:
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position is advantageous, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in computer usage and a professional telephone demeanor
