Senior Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
Responsibilities will include supervising children, organizing and participating in activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities, as well as preparing the nursery for Ofsted inspections.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and excellent communication skills. You will also need to demonstrate a solid background in effectively managing nursery settings and be able to develop and maintain the nursery budget.
