Senior Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Connexzia. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs
- Update parents and carers on their child's progress and behaviour
- Answer enquiries about enrolment, payments, and practices
About You
We are looking for someone with a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and excellent communication skills. You should have a positive outlook and be able to build a secure and rewarding environment for the children.
