Senior Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Organize activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Communicate effectively with children, staff members, and parents
- Develop and maintain the nursery budget
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment
- Update parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
