Job Description

Influencer, Communicator, Relationship Builder

As a Sales Executive at Sage, you will play a crucial role in developing existing customer relationships that promote retention, adoption, and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to support them in fully utilizing their product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth and retention

• Provide expert knowledge on Sage products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in an outbound environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth
