About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Establishment: Establish and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
  • Documentation and Approval: Develop and maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Production Support: Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of manufacturing issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet quality standards, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Validation and Training: Participate in validation phases and provide training to production staff to ensure competency and adherence to procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, driving process improvements and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical and software operation, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
