Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: You should possess multi-site hospitality experience as an Operations Chef or Area Chef, although we welcome Head Chefs eager to transition into an area role.
- Leadership Qualities: You believe in your leadership abilities and the importance of team cohesion, striving to create an enjoyable work environment.
- Integrity: You are honest and transparent, willing to address challenges directly.
- Team Care: You genuinely care for your team, keeping them motivated and engaged while adapting your leadership style to suit their needs.

Current Position:
- You are likely an Operations Chef, Area Chef, or Senior Head Chef with experience in managing kitchens in bars or restaurants focused on fresh food.
- While multi-site experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- You balance management responsibilities with hands-on involvement, enjoying the dynamic of delivering exceptional hospitality.
- You have held senior leadership roles in high-turnover environments, demonstrating your ability to inspire and motivate large teams.
