Group Support Volunteer

We are seeking compassionate and friendly individuals to join our team as Group Support Volunteers. As a Group Support Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting people affected by dementia to engage in activities and socialise with others in a group setting.
Your involvement will ensure that people affected by dementia are able to meet others in a similar situation, access the support and information they need, and enjoy meaningful activities.
As a Group Support Volunteer, you will welcome and talk to people affected by dementia to help them feel comfortable and make sure they are offered refreshments. You will also help set up and tidy away at the end of the group.
Group Details- Location: Northampton Memory Matters (NN5 4GJ)
- Frequency: Second Tuesday of each month
- Time: 1.30 - 3.30
- Location: Towcester Memory Matters (NN12 6EX)
- Frequency: Third Tuesday of every month
- Time: 1.30 - 3.30
