About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and supply chain to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC (PSNI) standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Regional Healthcare Managers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire team members.
  • Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets.
