About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have:

  • 5 years' experience working for a refurbishment main contractor
  • Minimum 2 years working as a Contracts Manager
  • Valid driving licence
  • Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers
  • Excellent Health and Safety Awareness
  • Commercially aware
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff
