Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Services Sales Manager to lead our team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants in South East London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the team to excellence, expanding the team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, manage, and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the team.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to set sales targets, deliver forecasts, and develop attraction/retention plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

  • Full mortgage qualifications and financial services experience.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
