Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our New Homes Mortgage Broker practice, you will be responsible for providing top-notch mortgage advice to clients and developers in the North West region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients and developers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, attending regular sales meetings and monthly site visits to ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead generation is a key aspect of this role, requiring a proactive approach to identifying and converting leads into successful mortgage applications.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed targets, providing professional and quality advice from the whole of the market.
- Maintain a proven track record of achieving targets, while adhering to our company policy of treating customers fairly.
Requirements
- CEMAP qualification (or equivalent) with at least 12 months recent experience in the mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
What We Offer
A competitive salary, with earnings potential in the region of £50,000 per annum, plus a fantastic employed package.
