Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Services Manager to join our team at Man Group. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional operational management of all soft services, ensuring a sustainable, efficient, and high-quality service to our staff and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the performance of 3rd party contractors, including reception, cleaning, security, catering, and document solutions.
  • Conduct quarterly supplier performance reviews to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Coordinate events at Riverbank House and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Project manage facilities services-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage the Facilities Services and Service Charge budgets, and support with commercial tenders and benchmarking exercises.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Global H&S to implement policies and procedures to meet legislative and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role managing facilities services in a multi-tenanted building.
  • Proven experience in a support function with exposure to both hard and soft facilities services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
  • Relevant experience with Corporate Services or client-facing experience is preferred.
