Job Summary:

Man Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Services Manager to join our team at Riverbank House. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) team, you will be responsible for the operational management of all soft services, including security, cleaning, reception, hospitality, and catering, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of third-party contractors, ensuring that service level agreements and key performance indicators are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their requirements and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee all events at Riverbank House, coordinating with relevant teams as necessary.
  • Project manage facilities services-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage the facilities services and service charge budgets, ensuring spend is within approved limits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing facilities services in a multi-tenanted building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
  • Relevant experience with corporate services or client-facing experience is preferred.
