Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store standards, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to retail staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store budgets and resources to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar format of retail.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local market trends, competitor activity, and the ability to identify local community growth opportunities.
