About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our Technology Department at NR Associates Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our employees across the business, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to colleagues, responding to and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring adequate information and handover notes are detailed for future reference.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using a range of skills, including desk-side visits and remote access tools.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to log, escalate, and track outstanding issues through to resolution.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues affecting the normal operation of our warehouse and customer order processing.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills gained in relevant technical support roles, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Server and Desktop OS expertise.
  • Microsoft M365 Administration skills.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
  • Data transfer experience (e.g. FTP, EDI, XML, API).
  • Active Directory experience.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, plus on-call payments of approximately £3,000 per year.
