About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the UK. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive growth and sustain long-term customer relationships across the Hospitality segment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and sustain long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and create solid Go To Market strategies to generate business with new and existing customers.
  • Manage and monitor order intakes, opportunities, projects pipeline, quotation performance, planning & forecasts.
  • Actively engage in customer acquisition, development, and increase potential business conversion rates.
  • Main Accounts Management responsibility for existing and potential customers in the UK.
  • Review and develop sales channels in the UK.
  • Establish sales plans and goals based on in-depth analysis of market conditions, market sizes, Dometic's strategic objectives, and customer needs.
  • Manage Sales-data analysis, forecasts planning, Outlook, and budgets.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years operational sales experience.
  • Channels set-up and management.
  • Experience working with premium brands and high-valued USPs.
  • Experience on mid to long-term cycle projects.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and networks.
  • Acumen in selling Engineered and or Refrigeration equipment.
  • Literate with full Microsoft pack and reporting tools.
