Asphalt Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced External Account Manager to join our team at Tarmac Trading Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing sales of Asphalt, Aggregates, and value-added products in line with budgeted expectations.
Main Responsibilities:- Securing sales of Asphalt, Aggregates, and value-added products in line with budgeted expectations
- Regular engagement with all areas of the business to ensure first-class customer service
- Proactively developing and maintaining the present and prospective customer base in line with business targets and aspirations
- Ensuring that all market knowledge is captured and recorded in line with company requirements
- Delivering accurate and timely monthly forecasts
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with external sales experience, preferably gained within a similar industry. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to drive continuous improvements by searching out new opportunities
- Self-motivated approach
- Resilience and tenacious mindset
- Proven organisation skills and time management ability
- Ability to successfully influence and persuade
- Capability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Full UK manual car driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
