Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our Operational Support Team in the Independent Reviewing Service at North Lincolnshire Council. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective provision of Operational Support, including the supply of management information and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on ensuring the effective provision of Operational Support, including the supply of management information and performance reports.
  • Manage a group of staff to provide clerical and reception support within the Independent Reviewing Service.
  • Ensure that more complex documentation is completed with speed, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Take complex minutes, prepare reports, and present information.
  • Work on your own initiative to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Previous management experience of supervising a small team.
  • Ability to work accurately and confidentially with complex documentation.
  • Experience and expertise in taking complex minutes, preparing reports, and presenting information.
