This position is primarily remote, with a requirement to travel to various locations across the country.
Position Overview:
The selected candidate will spearhead and oversee the national governance and operational strategy for clinical services that deliver therapeutic care to children and adolescents.
The role involves close collaboration with managing directors to ensure effective operational management across the spectrum of clinical services.
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Compensation: Up to £120,000 FTE
Qualifications:
We welcome applications from individuals with a background in health or social work, holding registration with the appropriate governing body.
Required Experience:
Given the senior nature of this position, candidates should possess experience in Children's SEMH, SEN, and Residential environments, particularly within Looked After Children's services. Additionally, prior experience in a similar capacity within a large organization is essential.
