Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address patient safety concerns.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into patient safety incidents and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to staff on patient safety best practices.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of patient safety incidents and trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in patient safety management within the NHS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in writing reports and presenting findings.
