Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR and Data Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your expertise in HRIS and data management within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager and the wider team in the management of the HRIS, resolving user issues and system-related queries.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, providing system training and awareness sessions for users.
  • Create and update position descriptions and employee information.
  • Provide reports on workforce data, writing and amending existing reports to present data.
  • Report any system issues and support the development of the recruitment section of the HRIS.
  • Liaise with CIPHR and Finance colleagues for system integration and support system testing.

Requirements

  • Experience managing HR systems in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining HR information systems.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in database management and data integrity.
  • Experience of managing payroll.
