Project Support Officer

The Professional Education and Strategic Leadership - Nursing and Midwifery Team is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Support Officer to join their PMO team. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, working across the nursing and midwifery education agenda.
Main DutiesThe post holder will provide comprehensive project administration support, working independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to project teams
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Managing project documentation and records
- Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of project management principles and practices is essential.

Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have:

Desirable skills include experience of working in a similar role, knowledge of project management tools and software, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
