Job Title: Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to join our team at Richmond Square Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality software solutions.

About the Role

The Development Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of developers to deliver software solutions
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements
  • Identifying and addressing technical issues and implementing solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
