Assistant Account Executive

Responsabilités Clés :
Les responsabilités principales consistent à soutenir initialement les Gestionnaires de Comptes sur des comptes clés par le biais de réunions, de la création de dossiers d'escalade et d'autres tâches identifiées pour stimuler les revenus. Vendre éventuellement les produits, services et solutions proposés par ION aux comptes sélectionnés qui seront assignés au fil du temps. Élaboration de propositions commerciales et de documents de soutien en collaboration avec d'autres départements tels que les Services Professionnels et les Ventes Corporatives, soit en soutien à d'autres Gestionnaires de Comptes, soit pour des comptes sélectionnés assignés. Gérer la relation commerciale entre ION et les clients pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus des ventes additionnelles et maintenir la valeur annuelle du contrat (ACV) des clients. Apprendre tous les aspects du cycle de vente pour un portefeuille de clients existants sélectionnés assignés à l'Assistant Gestionnaire de Comptes, ce qui se traduit par des affaires conclues et le développement de compétences et de confiance pour permettre l'expansion du portefeuille au fil du temps. Assurer que le client obtienne une valeur et une satisfaction optimales des solutions fournies. Responsable de l'assistance à l'exactitude de la facturation et de la collecte des créances en collaboration avec l'organisation de soutien aux ventes.Compétences, Expérience et Qualifications Requises :
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles ainsi que des compétences en communication écrite et verbale. Désir de travailler dans un environnement orienté vers l'équipe, tout en gérant une charge de travail individuelle. Capacité à respecter des délais spécifiques. Préféré : Diplôme de Bachelor en Finance, Comptabilité, Ingénierie ou domaine informatique connexe ou expérience équivalente dans un domaine connexe. Expérience dans les Commodités, la Gestion de Comptes ou les processus de vente. Expérience de liaison avec des clients, de préférence dans un rôle de vente, y compris l'utilisation d'outils CRM tels que Salesforce. Langues supplémentaires.
