  9. 39 hours (5 over 7 days; every second weekend and Bank holiday required)

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Experienced in retail, sales or operations and ready to step up
  2. Experienced working in a fast-paced retail environment
  3. Exposure to people management activities in a customer-facing environment
  4. Have a desire to support and mentor store colleagues
  5. Be an authentic leader who builds an environment where every colleague can be themselves and do their best work
  6. Be comfortable with holding performance-related discussions when needed
  7. Be a superb communicator with the ability to articulate messages clearly
  8. Place a value on innovation and trying new ideas
  9. Recognise the importance of diversity of thought and backgrounds as key factors for teams to operate at their best

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering extraordinary customer service, actively mentoring and motivating our store team
  2. Effectively communicating business goals and objectives to our colleagues
  3. Identifying commercial opportunities in your local area
  4. Being responsible for cash and stock control
  5. Supporting the store management team in making the best use of our payroll and headcount budgets
  6. Supporting with the recruitment of store colleagues when required
  7. Authorising and handling refunds and exchanges
  8. Managing performance of your store colleagues
  9. Conducting performance appraisals when required and supporting talent and succession planning for your team
  10. Following health and safety regulations while maintaining excellent operational standards to provide a safe environment for customers and colleagues
  11. Create a phenomenal shopping experience for all customers
