The Role

We are seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams. Your duties will include:

  • Managing and maintaining databases of key stakeholders and interested parties
  • Keeping stakeholders informed about projects and activities that may affect the public
  • Supporting client-led customer/stakeholder drop-in sessions
  • Investigating insurance claims on behalf of clients
  • Managing and investigating complaints
  • Acting as the main point of contact between project and communication teams
  • Working with project teams to build relationships with communities impacted by our work and identifying opportunities to support local initiatives
  • Supporting the development of internal and external stakeholder plans, including communications calendars and key messages
  • Developing and delivering communications materials and content
  • Proactively gathering information and updating relevant comms channels
  • Supporting project community outreach events
  • Planning and delivering local information/engagement events
  • Developing and planning proactive community giving programs
  • Supporting emergency incidents on site as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A*- C / 4-9 (or equivalent)
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable
