We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business support for the team, including managing databases and handling administrative tasks.
- Coordinate the collection of information from other agencies to support the manager and the wider team.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed, contributing to the efficient running of the team.
- Work closely with team members, offering flexible support to meet the dynamic needs of the centre.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in IT, especially with database management, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Prior experience in a similar business support or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team setting, with a flexible and adaptable approach to tasks.
