We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team in a secondary school in Lancaster. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils who require additional help in the classroom, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and thriving in their learning.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed. They will be able to inspire and motivate pupils, enabling them to make remarkable progress in their academic, social, and independent skills.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the classroom teacher to plan and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of students, monitoring and assessing progress, and providing valuable feedback to aid development.
