Key Responsibilities:

  • As the P&L owner, you will be responsible for managing one of UBDS IT Consulting Ltd's pivotal sectors, which may include Government & Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Higher Education.
  • Formulate the strategic direction for the sector, establish objectives, and oversee operations to ensure growth and success.
  • Manage, develop, and expand a portfolio of strategically significant clients and high-potential accounts.
  • Enhance and grow these accounts by fostering sustainable and extensive relationships, while playing a crucial role in identifying new business prospects.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Director to align sector demands and ensure the successful execution of projects and services, driving revenue and growth.
  • Oversee P&L at the account level, ensuring accurate pipeline and forecast management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Direct strategy for large, strategic accounts, coordinating sales and relationship-building activities.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Lead strategic planning and management for complex, large accounts, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing retention and account growth.
  • Work alongside the Delivery Director to ensure optimal performance, client satisfaction, and account profitability.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working at the C-level with a strong background in sales and account development within the relevant sector.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience in constructing and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • A history of building excellent client relationships, providing value-added strategic insights as a trusted advisor.
