Role Overview
We're seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding property team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting top-tier white-collar property professionals for leading consultancies, developers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Matching: Pairing candidates with roles that align with their skills and aspirations, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
- Advertising Roles: Crafting compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract the best talent in the market.
- Recruitment Process Coordination: Managing interviews, offers, and placements with precision using our in-house systems.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating and nurturing relationships with HR professionals, Talent teams, Directors, and Line Managers.
- Experience in Recruitment, B2B Sales, or Property Sales: You're familiar with sales or recruitment and feel comfortable navigating a professional and target-driven environment.
- Relationship Building Skills: You're a natural at connecting with people and building rapport.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and various internet applications.
- Competitive Salary: £23,000 – £32,000, including car allowance.
- Holiday Perks: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days.
